Refund policy

  1. Customer Satisfaction
    • We want every customer — and every pet — to be happy with their HappyPaws Haven purchase.
  2. Eligibility for Returns
    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.
    • Please contact sales@happypawshaven.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
    • Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    • Used grooming tools (for hygiene reasons).
    • Clearance or sale items unless faulty.
  4. Faulty or Damaged Products
    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email sales@happypawshaven.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it with photos and details.
    • We’ll send a replacement or full refund.
  5. Refund Process
    • Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  6. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
