Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.
- Please contact sales@happypawshaven.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Products must be in their original packaging and condition.

Non-Returnable Items
- Used grooming tools (for hygiene reasons).
- Clearance or sale items unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Products
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email sales@happypawshaven.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it with photos and details.
- We’ll send a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process
- Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
